I AM A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA NATIVE WITH A PASSION FOR MUSIC, ALL THINGS DESIGN,AND FASHION. MY CREATIVITY HAS BEEN INFLUENCED BY MY TIME LIVING IN SAN FRANSISCO. BEING PART OF THE ART, SKATE, STREET SCENE IN SF HAS FUELED MY PASSION TO BLEND DIFFERENT WORLDS. I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF DESIGN TO CREATE A BETTER WORLD. MEANINGFUL AND IMPACTFUL DESIGN TO HELP BUILD A MORE SUSTAINABLE FUTURE.
PROFESSIONAL:

With 10+ YEARS AS A PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER MY WORK SPANS ACROSS PRINT, FASHION, WEB DESIGN, RETAIL EXPERIENCES, PHOTOGRAPHY AND CREATIVE MARKETING. I HAVE WORKED FOR BOTH SMALL START-UPS and LARGE GLOBAL COMPANIES. THESE EXPERIENCES HAVE GIVEN ME THE ABILITY TO CREATE COHESIVE STORYTELLING FROM CONCEPT TO CREATION. END-TO-END DESIGN OF THE HIGHEST LEVEL.

I AM CURRENTLY THE GLOBAL CONCEPT DIRECTOR AND BRAND STRATEGIST FOR NIKE SURF / HURLEY.



I  GATHERED MY FIRST FEW EXPERIENCES AT XLR8R MUSIC MAGAZINE IN SAN FRANCISCO. THERE I SHARPENED MY PRINT/LAYOUT DESIGN AND LEARNED HOW TO MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH BRANDS, ARTISTS AND MUSICIANS.

IN  2011 I MOVED BACK HOME TO ORANGE COUNTY TO WORK WITH NIKE SURF/HURLEY. IN MY 8 YEARS AT HURLEY IVE HELD MULTIPLE POSITIONS THAT HAVE DEVELOPED ME INTO THE MULTI-DIMENSIONAL DESIGNER I AM TODAY.


AS  ART DIRECTOR OF BRAND I DIRECTED AND EXECUTED ALL CREATIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS. WORKING CROSS FUNCTIONALLY WITH MARKETING, SOCIAL, DIGITAL AND RETAIL TO EXECUTE A CLEAR VISION AND STRONG PRODUCT STORYTELLING. DURING THIS TIME I WAS THE LEAD DESIGNER FOR ALL BRAND STRATEGY DECKS THAT WOULD BE PRESENTED TO NIKE LEADERSHIP AT WHQ IN BEAVERTON, OREGON.THIS NOT ONLY CHALLENGED ME AS A DESIGNER BUT ALSO GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP AS A BRAND STRATEGIST AND UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS SIDE OF A GLOBAL COMPANY.


CURRENTLY I AM HOLDING THE POSITION OF GLOBAL CONCEPT DIRECTOR AT HURLEY.
CREATING THE VISION AND STORYTELLING FOR BOTH PRODUCT AND MARKETING, SETTING FUTURE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND HOW WE ARE GOING TO ATTACK THE MARKETPLACE FOR ALL SEASONS. IN ADDITION, I HEAD UP ALL COLLABORATIONS FOR HURLEY. CREATING THE NARRATIVE AND STRATEGY WHEN WORKING WITH OTHER BRANDS, ARTISTS AND MUSICIANS.
